We’ve been thinking of you during the past few months, knowing that you’re working hard to support students, families, and communities through this unprecedented time.

Though everyone’s context has shifted dramatically, one thing is clear to us: we remain committed to fulfilling our mission to provide you with leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the Texas charter portfolio is the strongest in the nation.

Update Regarding 2020 Charter School Summer Summit

Due to restrictions and health concerns, the 2020 Charter School Summer Summit will not be held in person as originally planned. The event scheduled for June 29th- July 1st at the Georgetown Sheraton hotel has been cancelled. Despite us not being able to meet face to face, the conference planning team is reexamining all available options to provide information and support to our charter school community. Once we have determined how best to share some of the resources normally shared at the Summer Summit, we will let you know.

Summit Registration Refunds

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method for attendees currently registered. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. If you registered with a purchase order, you will not receive an invoice and there is no additional action required.

Sheraton Reservation Refunds

If you reserved a room at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel through the conference block, reservations will be automatically cancelled on your behalf. Individuals will be responsible for any other accommodations or reservations made outside of our conference block.
